Psychological Dynamics in Human-AI Collaboration

How do people form relationships with AI systems, and what are the psychological consequences? This research program examines how customization and personalization shape users' sense of ownership over AI assistants and their outputs, influencing satisfaction, responsibility attribution, and critical evaluation. We're particularly interested in how these dynamics might create both opportunities for enhanced collaboration and risks of uncritical reliance on AI-generated content.
